I am a professional dance teacher and I teach dance workshops for Hen Parties in Galway and throughout Ireland. ll ages and group sizes and fitness levels catered for.

Complete costumes provided for the Dance Class. Feather Boa's, feather fans, jewellery, corsets & bussel skirts avaiable to dress up in for the workshop and photo session.
Wear fishnet tights/stockings or black tights and a pair of high heels that are comfortable to dance in.
What’s Involved:
Learn a saucy, fun Feather Boa dance routine with Burlesque moves like the Scoop and the Shimmy. Let out your inner Diva and learn how to pose like a showgirl! A high energy, fun but easy routine that incorporates some floor work! This workshop is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels. There is no nudity or rudeness, just a lot of sassy fun!

Learn Bollywood/hip hop moves that will turn heads on the dance floor.

What’s Involved:
Harem Hens? Learn to be mysterious using veils. A short fun choreography is thought using basic Bellydance moves and veils.

70’s wigs, disco glasses, and costumes for the "Glittery Disco Babe" or the "Hippy Chick" provided for the workshop.
What’s Involved:
Learn orignal 1970's disco moves which are then combined into a fun high energy Disco Dance routine to the Bee Jee's "You should be dancing".
This is an excellent dance to perform again at the wedding reception.
